2024 Litter robot 4 weight sensor not working

The red light that is suppose to recognize the cat is not coming on anymore when the cats go in and bc of that (i assume) it’s not cycling anymore. I manually cycle it from the app and it works fine. I’ve been using this robot for a month now and it’s been fine until now. Both cats are well above 7 lbs.. Sks 21
