The VSA, VTM-4, ABS and ! triangle light were all on after I had two new front tires put on. When I would apply brakes and turn I would getting a pumping sound in the brakes. I had it diagnosed and it came back front left wheel speed sensor.Most likely the VTM-4 is not stuck on. The light may be on, but that indicates a failure is occurring in the VTM-4 or transmission systems. If the light is the only symptom, then drive it to the dealer and have it diagnosed. If thew truck feels weird - like it is grabby or shakes bad when making a tight turn, then you should get it towed.The VTM-4 Lock serves as a safety feature for your car; it temporarily disengages when the speed of the car exceeds 18 mph (30 km/h). Just had the little engine icon light up and the VTM-4 light come on at startup. They stayed on. Interesting to note that last Wed. I had my oil/oil filter, air filter, and VTM-4 oil changed.
